Refund / Cancellation Policy

•  A member can terminate the membership during the time of membership period by making a request in writing duly signed.
•  Any Part / Full payment made towards the Membership is non refundable.
•  If you have canceled Membership Amount will be refunded within one week through Net Banking. There shall be 20% deducted for cancelling the Membership within stipulated time whatever the fees paid for Membership.

The Travel Xperts reserves the right to terminate the membership:

•  Default in payment of membership price by the member
•  Default in payment of annual subscription fee

Any other action by the member and /or his/her/its guest or occurrence of any event or situation with in the premises of The Travel Xperts resorts/hotels which we do not have reasonable control.
